How We Work

We begin with a confidential consultation to understand your residency goals, budget, family requirements, and preferred jurisdictions. From there we shortlist the investment routes that genuinely qualify you for residency and set out the structure, expected timeline, and documents each one requires. Once you choose a route, we coordinate the due diligence, property reservation, tax registration, and transaction with our legal partners. We then manage the residency application end to end (document preparation, biometrics where required, and a single point of contact) until approval is granted.

Timelines depend on the country and the route you choose. As a guide: the initial consultation and eligibility assessment take three to five business days; programme selection and investment planning, one to three weeks; document preparation, due diligence, and application processing, two to eight weeks. Completing the investment itself varies with the route (real estate, a government fund, a business investment, or a donation). Once the file is submitted, government review runs roughly three to nine months for citizenship programmes and four to twelve months for residency, measured from first engagement to approval, provided every document is complete and satisfactory.

At the outset, only the essentials: your budget, your objectives, your family composition, and where you would like to be. Once we have matched you to a programme, the compliance stage begins and you provide standard due-diligence documents (passports, proof of address, source-of-funds evidence, bank statements, tax records, and police clearance where required). During the investment and application stage, you complete the application forms, sign the legal agreements and declarations, provide biometrics, and supply any further documents the relevant authority requests.
